A typical path is shown below. How long it takes depends on your site, whether planning approval is required, and how far you’d like us involved — we’ll set out an indicative programme once we understand your project.

– We talk through your brief, your site and your budget.
– A realistic scope and budget range is agreed.
Phase 02
Feasibility & Tailored Options
– Site survey and planning controls are reviewed.
– Tailored options are prepared, drawn for your site, not selected.
– An indicative cost range is provided.
Phase 03
Town Planning
– The planning documentation for application is prepared.
– We manage council queries through to decision.
Phase 04
Detailed Design & Building Permit
– The chosen direction is resolved into a buildable design.
– Consultants are engaged and coordinated.
– Permit documentation is prepared
Phase 05
Interiors & Selections
– Finishes, joinery, lighting, fixtures and equipment are selected.
– Interior details are documented alongside the build.
Phase 06
Contract Documentation
– Full contract drawings and specifications are completed.
– The set is ready to price and build from.
Phase 07
Tender & Builder Selection
– Builders are approached and quotes compared.
– A builder is appointed and the contract is signed.
Phase 08
Construction Contract Admin
– Site inspections and contract administration through the build.
– Handover, with a check-in once you’ve settled in.
